Don’t be discouraged! This happened to me with my first child. They sent me home even though I was bleeding extremely and my uterus was still open and did not contract back to its normal state. Four days later I was rushed back to the hospital with 80% of my blood loss and almost died while twenty doctors rushed in on top of me trying to contact my uterus back down. I stayed in the hospital for three weeks and had to have a blood donation while I was there. Ever think c-sections are pushed because it limits the number of offspring one can produce.
